The song lyrics used in the Wario Land 4 title screen track are taken from the Vocal XTC commercial sample collection. The vocals are sung by
British singer Helen Binding.

The Yoshi’s Island boss Burt the Bashful (top left) wears pants that greatly resemble the pants of the Asterix comic book character Obelix (top right). This has been noted by two separate European localization teams, who decided to give Burt the Bashful names that are anagrams of “Obelix”. He is called “Bélixo” in the French version (bottom left) and “Xilebo” in the German version of the game (bottom right). (Screenshots taken by me in a SNES emulator.)

Beta footage of New Super Mario Bros. showing that at some point in development, the Mega Mushroom was colored the same as the Super Mushroom and required several hits to fully emerge from the block. In the finished game, it has a yellow and red color scheme and emerges automatically after the block was hit once. (Source)
