In Yoshi’s Island, Fly Guys that carry Red Coins can be used to duplicate those coins. If Yoshi eats the Fly Guy, moves away from the coin, spits him out, then moves back towards the coin, the Fly Guy will respawn while holding another coin. While this can be used to more quickly or conveniently collect 20 Red Coins, the counter is capped at 20, so no extra coins can be collected.
