During the ending to Mario Party 7, Bowser and Koopa Kid fall onto an island. Moving the camera during this scene reveals that Player 1′s character is standing behind the palm tree in the middle of the island, hidden from view.
In Mario Party 7, a dummied-out debug mode containing a character model test
room can still be accessed by modifying addresses in the game’s memory.
Within the test room, every character has a “default pose” that can be displayed by holding down the A button. While for all other characters, this pose is either the generic T-pose or a frame of their idle animation, Mario’s default pose looks like this. (Footage recorded by me from a GC emulator.)

In Mario Party 7, a dummied-out debug mode containing a movement test room can still be accessed by modifying addresses in the game’s memory. Within the test room, if Luigi is present, his model will deform when the room is exited. This happens only to Luigi and not to any of the other 11 characters.
In Mario Party 7, the player characters are placed at the same location in 3D space at the beginning of Volcano Peril mode, causing them to overlap each other.
