In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, a Yoshi complains about not being able to sit in the chairs at the Yoshi Theater. However, both the ending and a piece of official art show Yoshis sitting in the seats. This discrepancy is never explained.
In the ending of Super Paper Mario, Count Bleck’s and Tippi’s true forms, Count Blumiere and Lady Timpani, are shown from a distance. The Super Mario-Kun manga features a more detailed picture of the two.

The first area of Paper Mario: Color Splash is called Ruddy Road in the English version of the game. The German version improves upon that name with a pun that seemed to have slipped past the English localization team: the red paper circles on the road look like pepperoni, so the German name is “Papieroni-Pfad”, which translates to “Paperoni Path”.
