The Tadpole Pond background music in Super Mario RPG is made out of 8 separate tracks. Tracks 1-4 contain the instruments that play in the main area only, while tracks 5-8 contain the whistling and percussion that play both in the main area and in Melody Bay. This is tracks 1-4 by themselves, which you can’t hear in-game.
The Hammer Bros. battle theme from Super Mario All-Stars without the lead piano track.
Unused “Yoshi” version of the music in Noki Bay from the files of Super Mario Sunshine.
The song that plays during Bowser Jr.’s reveal in Super Mario Sunshine, without the voice acting that occurs during that cutscene.

When you approach Kingfin during his boss battle in Super Mario Galaxy, the music gains additional drums. Here is the overlay without the base theme.
All 8 world introduction themes from Super Paper Mario.
