In Super Mario Galaxy 2, entering the bonus room through a pipe on Starship Mario and talking to one of the Salesman Lumas from behind will result in the camera rotating in a way that reveals that the bonus room has no front wall and is instead out in the open, which should be impossible given its purported location inside Starship Mario. New Super Mario Bros. contains two versions of the Super Mario Bros. Small Mario sprite. The one used in one of the bottom screen backgrounds (left) is accurate. The one used in the bonus room backgrounds (right) has a few differences, such as a pixel missing from Mario’s nose and his mustache extending further downwards and forwards. The reasons for including two different renditions of the same sprite are unknown.
