In Super Mario RPG, the desert battle background in Land’s End has several stray light blue pixels that disappear when all enemies are defeated. Various display elements cover up most of the pixels in question, making this very hard to see in-game. An animation comparing the before and after state of the relevant part of the background is at the bottom.
