This official artwork of Princess Peach was not created to promote any game in particular, but rather to be used on Nintendo’s official websites. The regular size at which it appears there is relatively small; however, downloadable PDFs from the Play Nintendo section of the Nintendo of America site include a version of it that, when the PDF is decompiled, is revealed to be an infinitely scalable vector rather than a regular raster image.

This allows us to export this artwork at any size in perfect quality, creating a high-definition version of it.

In Super Paper Mario, part of the plot of Chapter 7-3 is waking Princess Peach from a magically-induced sleep by bringing her a certain type of apple to eat. Only the Black Apple wakes her up; the other four types of apples result in Peach undergoing various transformations instead.

First image: the Blue Apple causes Peach to shrink.
Second image: the Yellow Apple causes Peach to grow a mustache.
Third image: the Red Apple causes Peach to grow.
Fourth image: the Pink Apple causes Peach to turn into an actual peach.

Before the final battle with Bowser in Super Mario Galaxy, Bowser Jr. taunts Mario and flies off on an airship with Princess Peach. The airship then hovers in the background behind Bowser while Mario climbs up the final staircase. Due to the considerable distance from the camera to the airship, low-polygon models for the characters on it are used. Zooming in on Peach reveals that her low-polygon model in this scene is completely motionless and has no eyes.

Every sprite of a character in a Mario Party game on the Nintendo 64 is rendered from a model, but high-resolution images of these models are usually not released as official art. Here we can see a sprite of Peach from Mario Party 2 on the left and the source image on the right, found in a “behind the scenes” section of a Japanese guide.
