A Super Mario variety blog.
Screenshots, photos, sprites, gifs, scans and more from all around the world of Super Mario Bros.

New stage based on Super Mario Odyssey’s New Donk City featured in the Nintendo Switch version of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, seen in the latest Nintendo Direct.
Waluigi’s special shot from Mario Tennis Aces, seen in the latest Nintendo Direct.
In Super Mario 64, if Bowser is thrown far enough away during the last phase of the final battle, he will be unable to jump directly back to the arena from the place he fell, causing him to teleport after touching the side of the platform. (Footage recorded by me in a Virtual Console emulator.)
In Super Mario Sunshine, a glitch allows Mario to swim in lava. After the first platform with a 1-Up Mushroom in Corona Mountain, being hit by the Lava Cheep Cheep when it is close to the lava surface will drop Mario into the lava while bypassing the instant death zone. In this state, Mario can swim under the lava, but touching the surface again will immediately cause him to die. (Footage recorded by me in a GC emulator.)
During the ending to Mario Party 7, Bowser and Koopa Kid fall onto an island. Moving the camera during this scene reveals that Player 1′s character is standing behind the palm tree in the middle of the island, hidden from view.
