In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, a glitch can be performed on this platform near the Gear Shop in Little Fungitown. While using Thunderhand, Mario can be positioned in mid-air near the platform. By pressing A, Start and A again after this, Mario will fly away.

Even though there were only four days between the American (November 17, 2003) and Japanese releases (November 21, 2003) of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, there were changes made for the Japanese version of the game. One of them was touching up Bowser’s “hitting the screen” sprite at the end of the game to look goofier.
